Qi Qong is an ancient Chinese exercise and healing technique whose aim is to promote the movement of Qi (energy) in your body, done through gentle stretching movements carried out by the therapist.
It is an extremely relaxing holistic treatment involving controlled breathing to strengthen your body, increase your circulation and oxygen flow, and improve your flexibility and balance.
