Posture is the position in which someone holds their body when standing, sitting or lying down

Posture is not a position but a dynamic pattern of reflexes, habits and adaptive response to anything that resists you being upright and functional.

What does it do?

Having a postural assessment done can reveal the relationships among various body parts and in determining whether such relationships cause or contribute to pain or discomfort

After the analysis is completed, the findings will be explained to you, along with tine interpretations what effects the findings are having on your body and on any issues, you are having.
